CATCH-UP SESSIONS (Sim’s Classes Only)
If you are unable to make your regular class please advise Sim asap to receive a catch-up session.

*** IMPORTANT - When this is within less than 24 hours of your scheduled class it may not always be possible to provide a catch-up class if we are unable to offer someone else your place because of short notice. ***

You are entitled to your eight sessions and we will always attempt to give you these sessions where space is available. We are one of the rare studios that offer catch-ups.
Catch-up classes are possible only in the same term as the missed class and only if there is room in another session (meaning someone may need to be away for you to take their place).
We totally understand ‘life happens’ so we will always do our best to accommodate and be generous if a class has been missed : )
*Refunds/credits will not be offered for missed classes and must be taken in the SAME TERM as class missed.

INSTRUCTIONS TO BOOK YOUR CATCHUP CLASS…
Choose the day/time that is available and suits you from the list
Click the ‘ADD TO CART’ button
Go to the cart (top right hand corner of website)
Go to ‘CHECKOUT’
Add EMAIL and all other requested details all the way to ‘REVIEW AND PURCHASE’
It will send you a confirmation
If you don’t go through the whole ‘online shopping experience’ it won’t give us any indication that you have booked and someone else may book the same spot you think you’ve booked.
