HeArt Sharing Circle
Creativity isn’t just about the art you make - it’s about the feelings, fears, and stories that come up along the way.
In this gentle, supportive circle, you’ll have a safe space to share what’s coming up for you in your art practice. By listening and connecting with others, you’ll realise you’re not alone in the challenges, insecurities, and breakthroughs that happen while learning.
Each person’s courage to be vulnerable creates a ripple, helping others feel safe to share more deeply.
This is about connection, empathy, and supporting each other’s growth - both as artists and as people.

YOUR FACILITATOR - FORTÉ WORTHY
Forté’s Story: From Struggle to Relational Fitness
Forté Worthy is a facilitator and Clear Communication Specialist who helps people build what he calls relational fitness—the skills of listening deeply, expressing needs honestly, and creating meaningful connection. His work grew out of his own journey of learning how to balance self-care with connection. After years of people-pleasing and emotional suppression in teaching and wellbeing roles, Forté discovered the power of vulnerability, empathy, and clear communication to transform relationships from the inside out. With training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Authentic Relating, and Nonviolent Communication (NVC), alongside a background in psychology, education, and counselling, Forté combines practical tools with lived experience. What sets him apart is his honesty and willingness to share his own story, creating spaces where others feel safe to explore theirs. Through workshops, circles, and one-on-one coaching, Forté supports individuals and groups to slow down, listen, and connect more meaningfully—with themselves and each other. His approach is grounded, hopeful, and deeply human: an invitation to discover how courage, compassion, and communication can change the way we relate.
